His talk will cover using a conservation practice with native plants (prairie strips incorporated in cropland) to enhance honey bee health in the Midwest and current and future studies of the bee research team at the <span class=markj6pwob7n9>NMSU</span> Los Lunas Agricultural Science Center. Our current study is determining the survivorship of fall nucleus of small population size and normal colonies of big size during the winter in a New Mexico desert climate.
