[SDCBeeks] New Mexico novices

Hi.  I am an old beekeeper from my Peace Corps days in South America and am
hoping to get a couple of friends started in beekeeping in the Espanola
area (though I live in Denver).  Just doing some initial research into
resources and SDC Beeks is one of the first places I've looked at.  It's
been a very long time since I have kept bees and my current living
situation in Denver does not allow it.  So there's probably plenty I've
forgotten and plenty of updated resources and information I'm not aware
of.  We are looking to get my friend going the very first part of April
with a hive, probably using top bar. Anyways, recommendations as to getting
started in the Espanola area would be greatly appreciated.  Happy New Year!
